Keep warm with a mitten…bash heads with a glove!

The Troma Team and director Ross Hagen(Troma’s Reel Horror, Merchants of Death) are proud to present The Glove!  Bounty Hunter Sam Kellough(John Saxon; A Nightmare On Elm Street, From Dusk ‘Til Dawn, Tenebre) is trying to play the bogus hand life has dealt him.  He works for a low-paying bail bondsman, his wife divorced him, and he is a weekend dad that can’t afford his alimony.  The game just started, and he’s ready to fold.  Just when he is about to give up on it all, his boss tips him to a high-paying, but dangerous, lethal collar.  Not heeding his employer’s words of caution, Sam jumps at the opportunity to score some scratch.  His new prey is the deadly, mysterious Victor Hale(Roosevelt Grier; Seekers, To Kill A Cop, Evil In The Deep).  Victor Hale is an ex-con jazz musician that did six 

years in the slammer.  During those six years, he was the chosen guinea pig for a new police device.  The prison guards frequently tested the riot glove on poor Victor, inflicting wounds that left physical and mental scars.  The riot glove was basically a fist of one big brass knuckle.  Every punch Victor received was like receiving punches from ten men.  There is only so much of this kind of torment one man can withstand.  The abusive guards pushed Victor to his limit, and when he finally saw a chance, he took it.  The huge, muscle-bound Hale managed to kill a glove-wielding guard, and escape with the brutal weapon.  From that day forward, he swore to avenge himself in the same ruthless manner in which he was tortured!  Every time Victor Hale's right hand crawls into its home of five pounds of steel and leather, the body count in Los Angeles rises!

Well aware of the danger, Sam starts his investigation across the concrete jungle.  Following lead after lead, the bounty hunter isn’t having much luck.  When Victor learns from rumors on the street that he is being stalked, he begins to toy with Kellough.  He sends Sam eerie telephone calls, threatening notes, and leaves the battered bodies of prison guards at his doorstep.  Sam begins to realize the deadly combination of a man like Hale and the glove.  The glove is a rib splitter, a spine snapper, a skull crusher!  But with perseverance and a little luck, Sam sniffs out the trail.  Exhausted, he is eventually right on the heels of Victor Hale, and can smell the $20,000 reward.  The bounty hunter finds himself in a dark, smoky jazz club.  What Sam doesn’t know is that everyone in the club is connected, and they will do anything to protect Victor Hale.  While Sam is awaiting admission on line, Victor’s comrades spirit him up to the roof.  The eager hunter learns of the cover-up, and pursues his prey high above the city.  There is a stand-off, then a tireless brawl!  Each man delivers quite a beating to the other.  It is as if it will never end!  The roof has caged two great feuding beasts.  But after many bruises and pints of blood, it does come to an end.  Who wins?  Who is left wielding the weapon?
